The OneWorldFon Compensation Plan is unlike any other in the business, designed to pay you weekly for every sale you make, and earn a truly unlimited residual income.

How To Be Compensated

When you join OneWorldFon You are placed on a team. The first person you enroll is placed on the same team that you are on and you are paid a Personal Sales Commission on the services purchase he or she makes.

When the OneWorldFon VoIP service is paid each month, you are also paid a residual commission! As your first enrollment starts their business, you earn a 50% override on the total weekly commissions he earns, and a 50% override on the bonuses he earns!

You start your team when you enroll your second person and you are paid a Personal Sales Commission (PSC).

Each new person you enroll will also be placed on your team and you will be paid a Personal Sales Commission for each new sale you make. Every time anyone on your team is paid a commission from making a new sale or receives a residual commission, you earn a 50% Team Owner’s Bonus.

You earn Team Owner Bonuses equal to 50% of the total weekly commissions earned by everyone on your team personally enrolled or not!

As the people on your team build their own teams, they will also earn Team Owner Bonuses in addition to their commissions.

You earn an Override equal to 50% of the Total Weekly Team Owner Bonuses earned by everyone on your team!

Additionally, by encouraging everybody you sponsored to build their own team, you will earn 50% of their Team Owner’s Bonuses. This is called a Team Owner’s Override!

An affiliate who doesn’t subscribe to the service is only able to earn commissions and be paid monthly residual income, and may not recruit other affiliates.

Achieving Leadership

Director: When you have made four (4) personal team sales, and have four (4) personally enrolled Affiliates who have each made four (4) personal sales, you become a Director. Or you can purchase the Directors Fast Track Package and instantly qualify as a Director.

As a Director you are paid a Director’s Leadership Bonus equal to 25% of the total weekly Overrides earned by all affiliates on your team, personally enrolled or not.

Now imagine having your Leadership Bonus increased to 50%.

Executive Director: As a Director, as soon as you have four (4) personally enrolled Directors on your team, you become an Executive Director. As an Executive Director, your Leadership Bonus is increased to 50 % of the total weekly Overrides earned by all Affiliates on your team.

Or, you can purchase the Executive Fast Track package, and immediately start earning the Leadership Bonuses as a OneWorldFon Executive Director.

You can increase your Leadership Bonus to 75% by helping your four (4) become Executive Directors, and then you become a Presidential Director.

The prestigious Diamond Leadership Bonus earns you 100% of the total weekly Overrides of everyone on your team. Help your four (4) Executive Directors become Presidential Directors. That’s it! You have just become a Diamond Director!

Do you think that’s enough? We don’t think so!

Global Leadership Bonus Pool

The OneWorldFon Bonus Pool was created to reward and encourage Leaders to assist everyone in our Global Community to build their OneWorldFon business, regardless of line of sponsorship!

At the end of each month, we add up the Total Income earned by All Affiliates Worldwide, and then 10% of that total is paid into The OneWorldFon Bonus Pool.

The Global Bonus Pool is paid out once a month to qualified Executive, Presidential and Diamond Directors!

10% of the Global Bonus Pool is divided equally between qualified Executive Directors.

40% of the Global Bonus Pool is divided equally between qualified Presidential Directors.

50% of the Global Bonus Pool is divided equally between qualified Diamond Directors.

Don’t understand? As a Leader, when you encourage and assist other ’s to build their team anywhere in the world, you get a percentage of EVERY commission paid Globally!

OneWorldFon Compensation Plan Enhancement

The OneWorldFon Compensation Plan is the most powerful, income generating plan ever introduced! Recently, the author of this plan sought to create a Dynamic, and added incentive for people serious about building an extremely profitable business in the shortest period of time.

The following enhancements will place the OneWorldFon Opportunity far beyond any other company in the Network Marketing Industry, regardless of who they are, what they sell, or how long they have been in business.

Nothing in the current compensation plan will change, period! The following enhancement will prove to accelerate Global Sales, and put many OneWorldFon Affiliates worldwide on the “Fast Track” to six figure incomes!

The consideration of existing Affiliates will be detailed in the comments and notes following the explanation and language of this Enhancement.

For Managers or Greater Only!

Supercharged Infinity Bonuses are paid in addition to the Cash-Flow System. Anyone who enrolls as a Manager or greater can qualify.

You must start as a Manager (or greater) and personally enroll five (5) Managers (or greater) to qualify for a special 100% Matching Coded Infinity Bonus.

Starting with that 5th Manager (or greater) you will earn a special coded bonus on that person, and their first four (4) personally enrolled Managers (or greater), to infinity!

The Coded Infinity Bonus is a 100% match of the Personal Sales Commission paid on Manager, Director and Executive Director sales!

Important Notes
  • An applicant becomes an affiliate of OneWorldFon Inc. when the applicant pays the one-time fee of US$ 100.00, which includes a personal website and online business office creation. Affiliate must then pay US$ 25.00 a month to maintain affiliate status, which includes web site maintenance and hosting fees.
  • OneWorldFon reserves the right to decline any Affiliate application, including the application of any person who has had a financial interest of any kind in any OneWorldFon Affiliate position under a different enroller in the preceding six months.
  • To maintain qualification to receive residual Team Owner Bonuses, Overrides and Leadership Bonuses, affiliates are required to maintain affiliate status by paying their Affiliate Maintenance for US$ 25.00 each month, and paying their monthly VoIP subscription for US$ 50.00, have at least two personally enrolled customers subscribed to a OneWorldFon VoIP service, and enroll a minimum of 2 new customers per year.
  • As a OneWorldFon Affiliate Only, (an affiliate that does not subscribe to OneWorldFon VoIP services) you are authorized to enroll new OneWorldFon Subscribers only, and earn commissions and monthly residual income from those sales and cannot enroll new affiliates.
  • Each pay cycle is exactly seven days. It starts at 00:00:01 every Tuesday, and ends at 23:59:59 every Monday, all in US Mountain Time. We process your payment two weeks after the end of the pay cycle, every Thursday.
  • The Global Bonus Pool is calculated on a monthly basis, and paid on the fourth Wednesday of the following month.
