Step One

The first person you enroll is placed on the same team that you are on and you are paid a Personal Sales Commission on the services purchase he or she makes.

Example: Tom represents the first person you enroll and your first sale. Tom is placed on the same team you are on. You are paid a Personal Sales Commission of $50.00.

When Tom pays his TelExtreme service each month, you are also paid a residual commission, based on whatever service package he chooses.

As Tom builds his business you earn a 25% override on the total weekly commissions he earns and a 50% override on the bonuses he earns!
